If any one has information on the personal affidavit process I would be interested in what you have. I have a situation I would be happy to discuss with someone that knows of this process, how to apply it, examples etc.

Greetings, I in the process of researching and perfecting a Affidavit Of Public Notice. This entales ones WHIFIT Account. Are any of you fammilar in this area, and its standing to date? Pillar -in- Christ

Please elaborate on what you are asking for. All Affidavit are personal as they can only contain information personally known by the Affiant.
