The most important thing in responding to rudeness, is not to get upset. Merely looking at the rude person squarely in the face and saying nothing, often has a dramatic effect. BUT you must be totally in your center -- centering on your Creator, instead of on your hurt from the offensive words. Only then, can His Light shine through you to affect change in the other person. So we must find the secret of STANDING ASIDE -- not letting our EGO get involved -- in order for His Grace to work through us.
