There are a lot of good websites that offer free good advices of tax attorney, tax lawyer, tax accountant. Once i've asked and haven't got any useful advice. I think they all what to get money and will not giv any good FREE advice. What do you think about it?

Since you're from Russia, why would you care about the IRS and tax matters regarding the U.S.?
