The following article will explain how one can avoid, not evade, the things of the world.
Proverbs 4:14-15, "Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away."
When one brings freshly mined gold to the assayers office, the assayer will test, examine, and evaluate the gold to determine its authenticity and purity. In the same manner, government evaluates those who claim to answer to and do the will of another Master. They test you, examine you, and analyze you to find out your true composition. Their question is: are you the real item, or are you a pyrite - or a mixture of the two? Their determination of the content, or purity, is based on three major factors:
One: Does the amount of ‘minimum contacts’ you have with them, give them jurisdiction? Are you serving two masters?Before you exercise your right of avoidance, you must take these questions into consideration, and determine whether or not you will pass in the eyes of the military beast, or if you will be seen as a low and lawless form of humanity. If you are doing the lawful service of God, but, at the same time, partaking of the things of the world (which God condemns), even man's law recognizes that the bad will destroy the good:
Two: Where does the access to you take place? Are you a resident, do you have a commercial domicile? Do you have a home (tax home)? Are you an owner? Or, are you truly a sojourner with Christ, able to be accessed only through ‘The Door’ (a foreign door to them), which is Christ Jesus? (John 10:7,9).
Three: Are you genuine? Will you see the wolf coming and leave the sheepfold because of fear (lack of Faith and Knowledge) and hearken to the voice of the wolf instead of the Shepherd?
Where lawful services are blended with such as are forbidden, the whole being a unit and indivisible, the bad destroys the good. Trist v. child, 21 Wall. 452 (1874).
Avoid Court Appearance
1 Corinthians 6:1, "Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers."
The terms "unjust" and "saints" above are referring to unbelievers as opposed to believers. How incredible that the just should go before the unjust for justice! Why set them to judge who are least esteemed (i.e. the heathen) in the Christ's assembly (1 Corinthians 6:4)?
We are never to appear in secular courts voluntarily, because that will cause joinder and give them jurisdiction over us to take away our liberty. This is what happened to Paul in Acts 25 through 26. Paul's life was in danger, and he appealed to Caesar's courts (Acts 25:11-12,21,25; 28:19), and look at what the outcome was:
Acts 26:32, "Then said Agrippa unto Festus, This man might have been set at liberty, if he had not appealed unto Caesar."
In other words, the king himself, Agrippa, wished the apostle's immediate liberation; but this was now rendered impracticable, because he had appealed to Caesar; the appeal was no doubt registered, and the business must now proceed to a full hearing. If Festus had decided before Paul had made his appeal, he would have been released; but as the appeal had now been made, to Caesar he must go.
Even Jesus said, in Luke 12:11, "When they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers..." Notice we are not to bring ourselves voluntarily to their courts, but they are the ones who must bring us to their courts.
When one is wronged by another, he believes that a debt is owed to him. He expects a payment of some sort, whether monetary or not. The court system exists to avenge wronged or injured parties. Lawsuits result from people trying to satisfy their debts. But bondservants of Christ are to "forgive our debtors" (Matthew 6:12). We are commanded to not avenge ourselves (Romans 12:19) because vengeance belongs to the Lord (Psalms 94:1). Read Matthew 5:38-48 for Jesus's teaching on what we are to do when wronged by another.
By going to court, we refuse to forgive until the debt is paid in full, and only we can determine the acceptable compensation. We desire, seek, plan, and carry out our revenge. When we seek to correct the wrong done to us, we set ourselves up as judge. "Who art thou that judgest another?" (James 4:12). "Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door." (James 5:9).
Each one of us has broken the laws of God and should be condemned to death by the hand of the highest court in the Universe. But if you contrast what was done to you with what you've been forgiven of, there's no comparison. It would not even put a dent in the debt you owe! If you feel cheated, you have lost your concept of the mercy extended to you. "For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (Matthew 6:14-15, Mark 11:25-26).
Those that enter the current commercial/military 'judicial system' should take heed of God's warning in Proverbs 4:14-15. It applies to the current judicial system, because this judicial system takes pride in saying,
"We have staked the very existence of our country on the faith that complete separation between the state and religion is best for the state and best for religion." McCollum v. Board of Education, 333 US 203.
In other words, today's courts believe in a secular faith in which they have cast God's Law behind them. Therefore, avoid them.
Counsel on avoiding Court Appearance voluntarily:
Answer: Forgive those who trespass against you, and you will never need to sue anybody! And if commanded to appear in court because someone wants to bring you there, do not appear. Let them come after you and bring you there themselves. Since your name will never be spelled correctly on a court document, it is not your name that appears on it, and therefore, you are not disobeying a court order, since your name never appeared on it in the first place.
Avoid a Voter Registration card
Voting is not a scriptural principle for God's people. Every man believes he has a right in the outcome of the destiny of society. This is a myth. If God directs men to move in a way that's led by God, then no vote can change the Will of God. The "voter registration" is secular man's faulty reasoning that he, in and of himself, can save all, if you just give him enough power, more money, more…more…more…and still more.
In the Old Testament, the people "voted" to kill Joshua and Caleb (Numbers 14:10). Right after they voted, God said, "...How long will this people provoke me? ...I will smite them with the pestilence, and disinherit them," (Numbers 14:11-12), but Moses asked for mercy and God pardoned their evil ways. In the New Testament, during the trial of Christ Jesus, Pontius Pilate let the people "vote" between Barabbas and Jesus as to who they wanted set free (Matthew 27:17). The Pharisees whispered lies in the people's ears so they would vote the way they wanted them to vote. This "democratic way", this "voting privilege," allowed Jesus to be crucified!
Counsel on canceling Voting Card:
Answer: Simply rip it up and throw it in the trash.
Ezra 7:24, "Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests...or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them."The Supreme Court of the United States ruled:
"The legal Right of a taxpayer to decrease the amount of what otherwise would be his taxes, or altogether avoid them, by means which the law permits, cannot be doubted" Gregory v. Helverging, 293 U.S. 465
Counsel on avoiding taxes:
Answer: Do not engage in commercial activity.
Avoid a Birth Certificate
A birth certificate classifies one as property of the State.
Counsel on avoiding birth certificates:
Answer: It is best to give birth at home, or to go somewhere that is not a hospital. However, if one goes to a hospital, the hospital will demand that they must fill out a birth certificate, and insist it is the law. Well, it is not a law, but hospital policy. A simple way around this is to not name your baby yet! Tell them that you do not have a name for the baby, because you are going to wait until the Holy Spirit moves you to name the child. There is no law demanding you name your child before birth, and they cannot fill out a birth certificate without a name.
Avoid a Social Security Number
These numbers are used as an identifier. God considers it an abomination for people to be numbered by the government. For example:
In the Old Testament era, King David gave a command to number the people (1 Chronicles 21:2). Joab warned King David that he would "be a cause of trespass to Israel" if he numbered the people (verse 3). But King David numbered the people anyway, knowing it was a trespass against them (verse 4). God was displeased with King David for numbering the people, so God smote Israel (verse 7). David admitted he sinned greatly (verse 8), and because the people themselves willfully took a number from their government, God sent a plague upon those people and 70,000 were killed (verse 14) [See also 2 Samuel 24 for a parallel account].
In the New Testament era, we are told that governments will, likewise, try to mark all people with a number, and that whoever refuses to take this number from the government will not be able to interact with society, such as being able to buy or sell (Revelation 13:16-18). God says those who take this mark will be punished by Him (Revelation 14:9-11; 16:2; 19:20).
Now, most people are taught that the "numbering" of the people, by King David, was simply him counting the people. Well, we have to look at the intention. It is no sin to count people. There are many examples in scripture of counting the number of people in the camps in Old Testament Israel (Numbers 10); scripture records 3,000 people being added to Christ's assembly (Acts 2:41); did the ones who count these people commit a sin? Of course not. Because their intention was for God's glory, and not for evil, selfish purposes.
What appears to us harmless, or at least but a small offence, may be a great sin in the eye of God, who sees men's principles, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. But his judgment, we are sure, is according to truth.
The purpose for numbering people should be done for God's righteous purposes, and not for man's evil purposes. The law that David and the people violated can be found at Exodus 30:12-16. After being numbered, each man and woman was to give money to the sanctuary of God to attone for their souls (Exodus 38:25-26, Numbers 1:2-5; 26:2-4). Hereby they acknowledged that they received their lives from God, that they had forfeited their lives to him, and that they depended upon his power and patience for the continuance of them; and thus they did homage to the God of their lives, and deprecated those plagues which their sins had deserved. The redemption money given was used in the service of the sanctuary to further God's Will.
These people partook of David's sin, and did something to deserve death. Numbers are usually used for commercial and evil purposes by governments, and God knows this. When someone accepts being numbered for any purpose other than God's glory, these people sin. When the people allow themselves to be numbered and tracked by the government for their own purposes, that is when both the people and the government have sinned.
Now, a lot of people say, "Well, I paid into social security all these years!" Well that doesn't matter; you either follow the Lord or you follow Caesar and partake of his benefits and his socialistic system. And it's a choice that everyone has to make; we don't make that decision for them, we're not putting any type of yoke on anyone, it's between them and the Lord. These are the things that the Lord has shown us, and we share that with others, and we judge no one, all judgment is of the Lord, and He's shown us the way we should go and the way we should not go.
Anyone who has a social security number is looking to the State for security. The important thing about the social security number is not the number itself, but the use of it. Just because your parents signed you up, that doesn't matter. It's the use of it and carrying the card on you, those are the evidences that you are one of theirs. So, as far as rescinding a social security number, you can't do it. The reason is, because it's not your number to begin with, it belongs to the social security system, it's their number, they're the ones who created it, and the only time you become subject to it is when you're using it. Your name does not even appear on the social security card, because the name on the card is spelled in all capital letters, which is a fictitious creation of the social security department again. Revocations are not necessarily done on a sheet of paper, a stronger revocation is done by conduct.
Counsel on canceling Voting Card:
Answer: Simply throw away that socialist security card and never use that number again.
Avoid postal mail delivery
By receiving a privilege or benefit from the government, we are gaining the favor of rulers; but scripture says, "Many wait on the favor of rulers; but justice comes to a man from the LORD" (Proverbs 29:26).
The stamp on an envelope pays for delivery of that envelope from the sender's post-office to the receiver's post-office. It does not pay for the costs when that envelope leaves the area behind the clerk's desk and gets delivered to the receiver's address, mailbox, post office box, mail slot, etc. This is a "free" service. The alternative to free mail delivery is to receive all Postal Matter either in general delivery, or through the general post office.

Avoid giving a Name
James 2:7, "Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called?"
A bondman in and of Christ Jesus has a name given to him by God (Isaiah 62:2, Revelation 2:17). He does not have a name given to him by Caesar. In man's law, names are defined as "the marks, notes, or symbols of things." A bondman of Christ Jesus is not a thing. Therefore, if one from a foreign jurisdiction asks to see your "identification" or asks for your name, let them know that you are a bondman of Christ Jesus, and being such, you have not been given a name by Caesar, and therefore you do not have a name that can be rendered to him (Matthew 22:21, Mark 12:17, Luke 20:25).
The implications of giving your so-called "name" to anyone, especially when dealing with the imperial commercial courts and governments of Washington D.C., the States, the Counties, and the Cities, can be quite devastating.
When one asks your name, they obviously don't know you. If this is the case, they are from a different or foreign jurisdiction, outside of your community and the Law you minister to. By answering to the name that comes out of their mouth, you answer to the fiction that that foreign jurisdiction has created for their purposes. By answering to the name, you remove yourself from being "conformed to His image and likeness" to being conformed to Caesar's, and thereby give jurisdiction to those who regulate natural persons, human beings, and others of like 'species.'
Counsel on not giving your name:
Answer: When you are confronted by a 'person' asking if your name is 'so and so,' you should not deny or confirm it, because that would cause "joinder", joining you to the controversy. This is a trick question, since the name that comes out of their mouth is spelled differently but sounds the same as yours. A "yes" or "no" answer would be fatal, because they could use your "yes or no" answer against you. For example, if you reply "Yes," they will have jurisdiction over you, since you answered to the fictitious name on their papers. If you reply "No," and they discover your godly name, they will accuse you of lying since your godly name sounds like the name they inquired about, and since God's people are to speak the truth, and you lied, you bore false witness and they will acquire jurisdiction over you.
You must answer as our Lord answered many trick questions; with a question! "I also will ask you one thing." In this way, you transfer the burden from yourself to the intruder. What that question is that you ask will be put in your mouth by the Holy Spirit; it is not for me to put words in your mouth.
However, possible responses to those who ask if your name is 'so and so' may be, "Who do you minister for?" or "Who told you I was?" or "Whatever gave you that idea?" or "You don't know who I am?" or "You say I am," or "I can only render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's. Since I do not have a name given to me by Caesar, I do not have a name that can be rendered to you," or simply say, "You don't know who I am and I don't know who you are, therefore I have nothing to say to you because you are a stranger and I don't talk to strangers," and it can be continued by importing God's Law into the situation by saying "Let's search the Scriptures and find out who is who here."
In situations where Caesar is trying to connect your name to theirs, such as in them issuing a warrant to you, avoid spelling your name to them. For example, if they say, "Are you JOHN DOE," and you say, "My name is not spelled in all capital letters. It is spelled upper case J, lowercase o-h-n, uppercase D, lowercase o-e." Because this will give them jurisdiction over you, because it "sounds" like your name. This is all they need. So remember, do not deny or confirm the name they are trying to attach you.
Another possibility is if they ask you for your name, you can say, "I don't have a name given to me by Caesar, but you may call me so and so." This way, you are telling them you do not have a name given by Caesar (which rebuts their presumption that you belong to them), and at the same time, satisfying their request for something to call you by.
Avoid accepting an ALL CAPS Name
A name spelled in all capital letters is created by Caesar for Caesar's purposes. And it's only created by him when you enter his system. It's never created when you do not enter his system. And it can start as early as the birth certificate.
Someone may ask: “If I can take control of that artificial entity (strawman) that was created by Caesar, will that take it out of their jurisdiction?” But why would you want to? If you're following the ways of the Lord, you simply put those things out of your life, you no longer look to them for anything. They're not you to begin with, they're an artificial you that Caesar created for his purposes, and that's so he can acquire jurisdiction over you.
Counsel on avoiding an all caps name:
Answer: You simply stop using those things that Caesar has given you and distance yourself from them.
Matthew 21:12-13, "And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves." (See also Mark 11:15-17 and John 2:13-16).
To evidence that "the den of thieves (robbers)" are, in fact, the bankers and their banks, we see the first word above that is highlighted is "table, " the original word in the Greek being 'trapeza,' meaning:
"5132. Trapeza, a table, and eating table, Matt.15:27; Mark 7:28; Heb.9:2; by impl. A meal, feast, Rom.11:9; 1 Cor.10:21; a table or counter of a money changer Matt.21:12, a bank Luke 19:23; by impl. Pl. money matters (Acts 6:2)." The New Analytical Greek Lexicon, page 411.
"5132. Trapeza, probably contracted from 5064 and 3979; a table or stool (as being four-legged), usually for food (figuratively, a meal); also a counter for money (figuratively, a broker's office for loans at interest)." Strong's Concordance.
The second set of words highlighted above is "money changers," the original word in the Greek being 'kollubistes,' meaning:
"2855 kollubistes, (i.q. a. a small coin, cf. Clipped; b. rate of exchange, premium), a money-changer, banker: Mt.xxi. 12; Mk. Xi. 15; Jn.ii. 15." Thayer's Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament, page 353.
"1. Kollubistes, from kollubus (lit. clipped), "a small coin or rate of exchange" (koloboo signifies "to cut off, to clip, to shorten," Matt. 24:22), denotes "a money-changer," lit., money-clipper, Matt. 21:12; Mark 11:15; John 2:15." Vines Expository Dictionary of Biblical Words, page 96.
Concerning John 2:14, Vine adds: "In the court of the Gentiles, in the temple precincts, were the seats of those who sold selected and approved animals for sacrifice, and other things. The magnitude of this traffic had introduced the bankers' or brokers' business,
." Vines Expository Dictionary of Biblical Words.
And in Matthew, a second Greek word meaning "money-changer" is:
"5133 trapezites, a money changer, broker, banker, who exchanges or loans money for a premium, Matt. 25:27." The New Analytical Greek Lexicon, page 412.
And the same connection of the "den of thieves (robbers)" is recognized in the secular dictionaries as well:
"Bank: n. 1. Orig., the table, counter, or place of business of a money changer; now, the building or office used for banking purposes." Webster's New International Dictionary (1935), page 178.
Considering the above, we see that our Lord revealed to us that "the den of thieves (robbers)," or more specifically, "the bankers," are an abomination unto the Father, and therefore are never to be allowed within the Temple - that new Temple being His body:
1 Corinthians 3:16-17, "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are."
1 Corinthians 6:19, "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?"
2 Corinthians 6:16, "And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people."
The defilement of His temple by those who partake of the ways of "the den of thieves" becomes obvious when we see the relationship created thereby:
"The relation between a bank and a depositor therein is that of debtor and creditor." Bank of Marin v. England, Cal., 385 U.S. 99.
"It has been said that a certificate of deposit amounts to a loan by a depositor to the bank for an agreed period of time at a specific rate of interest." Spatt v. Security Bank of Buffalo, 654 P.2nd 130.
"A deposit creates a contract." Petersen v. Cartensen, 249 N.W. 2d 622.
"A signature card constitutes a contract." Western Assur. Co., Inc. v. Star Financial Bank of Indianapolis, C.A.(Ind), 3 F.3rd 1129.
"Contract. A promise or set of promises constituting an agreement between parties that gives each a legal duty to the other." Lamoureux v. Burrillville Racing Ass'n, 91 R.I.94.
But we are warned and instructed by the Spirit of God to:
"Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law." (Romans 13:8).
"...Thou shalt not borrow" (Deuteronomy 15:6; 28:12).
"…the borrower is servant to the lender." (Proverbs 22:7). Note: we are not to be the servants of men (1 Corinthians 7:23).
"Be not thou one of them that strike hands, or of them that are sureties for debts." (Proverbs 22:26).
Counsel on avoiding banks:
Answer: Cancel all bank accounts, credit cards, and never borrow from a bank again. Use cash instead of credit. Or exchange one thing of value for another. If you don't have the money to buy something, just don't buy it! The Lord knows your needs, and he will supply them for you (Matthew 6:25-34, Luke 12:22-31, Philippians 4:19, Psalm 34:10).
Avoid Negotiable Instruments
Avoid negotiable instruments (personal checks, business checks, travelers checks, promissory notes, bills of exchange, bills of lading, bank notes, payable to order or to bearer, etc.). For example, pre-1964 silver coins (American) are not negotiable instruments; gold coins are not negotiable instruments; and United States Postal money orders are not negotiable instruments (As a matter of fact, these postal money orders have "non-negotiable" stamped on it). But beware, money orders from any other source (banks, food stores, convenient stores, gas stations, etc.) are negotiable instruments. This is proven by the fact that all money orders (except United States Postal money orders) require a signature from the purchaser in order to be valid. Purchases do not need to sign a United States Postal money order.
"Post Office money orders are not negotiable instruments subject to the defenses permitted to bona fide holders for value by the law merchant. The reason is that in the establishment and operation of the postal money order system, the government is not engaging in commercial transactions, but exercises a governmental power for the public benefit." Bolognesi v, US., 189 Fed. 335, 111 CCA 67, 36 LRANS 143.-
Some people claim that by using Federal Reserve Notes (also called FRN's, dollars, or cash), that we give jurisdiction to Caesar. This is not necessarily so. We have never read any man made law or court ruling which states this. It is true that these FRN's state how much is "owed" to the Federal Reserve Bank, however, this debt is binding upon US citizens only, for only US citizens are responsible for the US debt. I do not see how it is possible to pass this debt on to those who are not US citizens.
If an Ambassador uses the medium of exchange of a country that he is visiting, using that medium of exchange does not place that Ambassador under that country's jurisdiction. He is immune to their laws and penalties. Likewise, we are ambassadors for Christ, and using a medium of exchange of a country that we are visiting places us under the same consideration, we are immune from the laws of that country.
Federal reserve notes are simply military script being used by a government that's in bankruptcy. It's not an unclean thing, it's simply a form of exchange; you're name is not attached to it; it's not a negotiable instrument; it doesn't even discharge debt.
Here are some commonly asked questions:
- Question: Doesn't FRN's bind you into a silent contract?
Answer: These silent contracts are called "quasi-contracts." There must be some sort of "benefit" involved though.
- Question: The benefit we receive from the government is that they don't throw us in jail.
Answer: That is not a benefit. A benefit must involve some sort of "gain." Let me give you an example. If a painter says he will paint your house for you, this might be considered a "gain," or a "profit." Now, if this same painter says, "I will not kidnap you," can anyone honestly say this is a "benefit, gain, or profit" received from the painter?! No, not at all. This is a threat. And if someone threatens you, and then says he will not do to you what he threatened to do to you, this is not a benefit. For any man, including Caesar, to say he will not kidnap you and throw you in jail, is the same thing as a painter saying he will not kidnap you. It is a threat, not a benefit.
- Question: Isn't it against the law to trade debt for substance?
Answer: I am not aware of how this is against the law, either in man's law or God's Law. To give an example, let's say Steven owed me $10 and gave me an IOU. Then, I go to Robert and buy $10 in food. I ask him if he would take this IOU from Steven in exchange for the food, and he says "yes." Now, Steven owes Robert this $10 instead of me. How is this against the law?
To give another similar example, if Robert is selling $10 of food, and I offer to baby-sit until it's paid off, is this against the law? I did not give Robert anything of "substance" for the food. It is an agreement to exchange one thing for another. Likewise, giving an IOU is an agreement to trade one thing for another. And I do not see where or how it is against any law to trade a non-substance for something of substance, if agreed upon by those involved.
- Question: Concerning myself, I am too new at this to say for sure what is happening. I only know how I feel when I look at the FRN's.
Answer: Basically, the Feds stole all the gold and silver from the "citizens" of this country in 1933 and outlawed its use up until the 1970's. Now they offer an IOU (also called FRN's), which state that the amount of "dollars" stated on that FRN is how much is owed to the Fed. There's one problem though, there is no more "dollars" to pay them! When someone borrows "ten dollars" from the fed, the fed just created nothing out of thin air. They did not give you ten dollars, they gave you a worthless piece of paper! Therefore, in truth, you owe them nothing, since they gave you nothing to begin with.
A "dollar" is a unit of measurement for gold and silver, like a "gallon" is a unit of measurement for water. If you come to me and ask to borrow a gallon of water, and instead I give you a piece of paper that says "one gallon of water," did I give you a gallon of water? No. Do you owe me anything for that gallon of water? No. Why? Because I did not give you a gallon of water. But you are free to believe I DID give you a gallon of water, and pay me back if you wish.
If you ask to borrow 1 trillion dollars in gold and silver from the Feds, and they give you a piece of paper (FRN's) that says "1 trillion dollars," did you borrow anything from them? No. Do you owe them 1 trillion dollars plus interest? No. Why? Because they did not give you 1 trillion dollars in gold and silver, they gave you a worthless piece of toilet paper that says 1 trillion dollars on it. But you are free to believe they DID give you 1 trillion dollars and pay them back if you wish.
But, for those people who believe in the image that is printed on that piece of paper, for those who think a FRN that says "ten dollars" is really ten dollars, then they believe in an image created by the beast, a fiction created by a wave of the hand. That is not ten dollars. No more than a piece of paper that says "one gallon of water" is a gallon of water.

Answer: Here are some interesting facts about the Hebrew word for "weights," (Hebrew word #068) and "measures," (Hebrew word #0374). The word "measures," according to the Hebrew Lexicon, simply means the following:
1a) a dry measure of quantity, equal to 3 seahs, 10 omers; the same as the liquid measure bath; (about 9 imperial gallons (40 l), rabbinical writings give sizes of one-half this amount)
1b) the receptacle for measuring or holding that amount
This term "measures" really has nothing to do with "money." You will see that the context of the passages that use this term refers to food.
As for the Hebrew word for "weights," it is only translated as "weights" about ten times in scripture, but is translated as "stones" the other 250+ times! The "weights," as used in scripture, appear to have been originally formed out of stones.
Therefore, when scripture says that we shall not have diverse "weights," it is really saying we shall not have diverse "stones." I guess gold and silver can be included in these "stones." However, pieces of paper are not really "stones" or even "weights." If a piece of paper says "one dollar," this is only a piece of paper stating an amount of a weight, but it is not the weight itself. If I have a piece of paper stating "one gallon" on it, is this a false weight or measure of "one gallon of water"? No, because that paper is not a gallon in itself. It does not even say that it can be exchanged for a gallon of water. the word "water" does not even appear on it!
Likewise, these FRN's today do not even say it is a dollar amount for either gold or silver (stones). It does not even say it can be exchanged for stones (gold and silver). The terms "gold" and "silver" do not even appear on them today. Therefore, to me, these FRN's have nothing to do with "money." FRN's do not fit the scriptural definition of "weights and measure." FRN's are also never defined as "money" under man's law! They are not considered money according to both man's law and God's law. Just because most people call them "money" does not make it so. "Money" is a substance. FRN's are not a substance. They are not "lawful money." They are nothing, and are only worth what "people" say they are worth.
Counsel on avoiding negotiable instruments:
Answer: From now on, use only cash, pre-1964 silver coins (American), gold coins, or United States Postal money orders. To cash money orders, go into a check cashing store and say you don't have any identification, but you would like them to cash it for you. If they refuse, and they fear it may bounce, you can tell them to simply hold on to the money order until it clears, and you'll come back later to pick up the cash. After a few times, they'll get familiar with you and won't ask for ID, and may even cash them for you on the spot.

One of the major stumbling blocks in pursuit of exercising your right of avoidance is a legal phenomenon known in man's law as 'consent'. It manifests itself in two forms, implied and express. It is important to know what constitutes consent in whatever form, and how to avoid giving consent to 'the beast' in order to maintain your godly status, and thereby, your Liberty in Christ. Are you capable of giving consent to the ungodly? Did Christ give you the capacity to give such consent? Proverbs 1:10, "My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not."
Romans 12:2, "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
All the disciples and followers of Our Lord must be nonconformists to this world. If sinners entice us, we must not consent to them, but witness against them. So, let us examine what 'consent' is, how we can avoid giving consent, and what the repercussions might be for giving consent to the ungodly.
Consent: "An agreement to something proposed." Fonb. Eq. B. 1, c.2, s.1.
Consent: "A concurrence of wills. Voluntarily yielding the will to the proposition of another; acquiescence, permission or compliance therewith. State v. Boggs, 181 Iowa 358, 164 N. W. 759.
Man's law acknowledges your God Given Right to withhold consent from them, as the following shows:
"The term 'consent' generally implies a yielding of that which one has a right to withhold." Reynolds v. Baker, 191 S.W. 2d. 959, 961, 209 Ark. 596.
"'Consent' is sometimes synonymous merely with 'waiver.'" Dahlquist v. Denver & R.G. Co., 52 Utah 438, 174 P. 833, 844.
Therefore, always remember that when it appears 'you must' comply to something, it probably means 'you may'. Accepting a benefit, privilege, opportunity, or any other 'bribes' from the government is consenting to their evils. Should you consent?
1 Kings 20:8, "And all the elders and all the people said unto him, Hearken not unto him, nor consent."
Implied Consent: "That which is manifested by signs, actions, or facts, or by inaction or silence, from which arises an inference or presumption that the consent has been given." Avery v. State, 12 Ga. App. 562, 77 S.E. 892.
Implied Consent: "Implied consent exists where a person by his line of conduct has shown a disposition to permit another person to do a certain thing without raising objection thereto." Vick v. Zumwalt, 273 P.2d 1010, 1013, 130 Colo. 148.
Implied Consent: "Consent is implied in every agreement." Heine v. Wright, 76 Cal. App. 338, 244 P. 955, 956.
Implied Consent: "He who is silent appears to consent." Jenk. Cent. 32.
"No one is obligated to accept a benefit against his consent." Maxim, Dig. 50, 17, 69. "But if he does not dissent he will be considered as assenting." Bouv.
The purpose of the Non-Statutory Abatement is to avoid that silence, with Law. But, if you've been accepting the bribes from the government, you have already given consent. It is then too late for an abatement, due to acquiescence. You, of course, have the right of repentance; therefore you must cease that previous activity, repent, and thereafter exercise your right of avoidance.
How many times have you heard the phrase, "They just rolled over me!" The reason they rolled over you is because you gave them consent to do so. According to the Maxims of law, once you give consent there is no error, mistake or injury on their part.

"Consent removes or obviates a mistake." Maxim of Law, Co. Litt. 126.
"He who consents cannot receive an injury. 2 Bouv. Inst. N. 2279, 2327; 4 T.R. 657; Shelf. On mar. & Div. 449.
"One cannot complain of having been deceived when he knew the fact and gave his consent. Dig. 50, 17, 145.
"What belongs to us cannot be transferred to another without our consent." Maxim, Dig. 50, 17, 11. But this must be understood with this qualification, that the government may take property for public use, paying the owner its value. Bv.
Voluntarily appearing in court and submitting to that court's judgment, or your silence, is consent to that jurisdiction.
Express Consent: "That which is directly given, either viva voce or in writing." Black's L.D. 3rd Ed., page 402.
"It is better to suffer every wrong or ill, than to consent to it." 3 Co. Inst. 23.
"It is better to recede than to proceed in evil." 4 Inst. 176.
Before you agree to anything with anybody, always ask yourself who you are becoming yoked with. For:
2 Corinthians 6:14-18, "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement [consent] hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty."
When one asks you your name, they obviously don't know you. If this is the case, they are from a foreign jurisdiction, outside of your community. By answering to the name that comes out of their mouth, you answer to the fiction that that foreign jurisdiction has created for their purposes. By answering to the name, you remove yourself from your Godly jurisdiction and the church, and give jurisdiction to those who regulate natural persons, human beings, and others of like 'species'.

Avoid giving an Appearance of Evil.

When approached by anyone, whether through the phone or in person, one should draw the line in the sand. For example, when you answer the phone, you should say something around these lines, "Greetings in the name of Jesus, the Christ. Do you greet me in the same name?" If they do not understand the question, you may say, "God's Law is the Law I am using, so you must find your answers in there." And if they say they are calling in the name of another besides Christ (Caesar), you can tell them, "Well, the only purpose for which the Lord brought us together is for us to speak the truth to one another. Therefore, that is what I will discuss, for I am to obey God rather than man."
If they approach you in person, like at your home, you may say something similar. If they come in the name of Caesar, you should quote scripture. You can say that you are commanded to "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?" (2 Corinthians 6:14-15).
If they ask if they can come into your house and discuss it in there, say scripture forbids you from letting an ungodly man into your home.2 John 1:10, "If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed."
Proverbs 24:15, "Bring not an ungodly man into the dwelling of the righteous."
Deuteronomy 15:6; 28:12, “Thou shalt not borrow.”
Romans 13:8, "Owe no man any thing, but to love one another:"
If you are currenly in debt, you must keep your promises and pay what you owe, then do not borrow again. After you have repented, and will no longer engage in such things, then you may do the following. If somebody "claims" you owe them money, you may reply to them with a letter similar to the following:

Other things to Avoid
- Insurance policies.
- Use of a passport and other government ID.
- Property registration.
If the IRS (or a similar agency) tries to repossess your house, car, or business, all you must do is have a body present in those places and they cannot repossess them. You must first abandon this property before they can take it. There have been many families who have told their children to sit in a car, or for their wife to not come out of the house, until the IRS leaves. It has worked sucessfully every time. They cannot take any property if there is a body present in them.
For example, when a brother told his children to stay in the car, they locked the door and would not come out. The IRS tried to coax them out with candy and promises, but the children listened to their parents and remained in the car. After a while, the IRS and tow trucks left and never returned. It would have been "kidnapping" if they did tow the car with the child in it.
Another example is when the IRS tried to confiscate someone's business and house. There was nobody in the business when they tried confiscating it, so they were able to confiscate it. But when they went to his house, his wife was at home, and she would not leave the house. The IRS left and never came back.
Matthew 11:29-30, "Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
The ‘rest’ that Jesus promises is a release from the works of sin, not from the service of God. The ‘yoke’ represents diligence, submission, humility, patience, and being yoked together with our fellow servants, keeping up the communion of saints. Two yokes cannot be taken on simultaneously, for that would represent double mindedness. Exercising your right of avoidance shakes off the burden of that heavier yoke so that the easy yoke can be taken on. double mindedness
Deuteronomy 22:10, "Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together."
A "yoke" is something fixed together on the neck of oxen for the purpose of binding them so that they might draw the plow. The reason God forbids and ox and an ass to be yoked together is because they would plow in different directions. This is also the reason why God commanded us to be seperate from unbelievers, and why Jesus commanded to be yoked to Him. If we do His will, He will guide our steps. If we do our own will, we will pull in different directions.
The humanist State believes that it can control the evil of this world, and make mankind good. It believes that through tyranny, dictatorship, and manipulation it will conquer all hate, famine, and war. There is but One who can conquer and control these things, Jesus, the Christ.
We must realize "the simplicity that is in Christ" (2 Corinthians 11:3). When you read the Scripture, you never read or hear about any man of God putting on a legal personality. When you start taking on legal personality, you take on obligations and duties that are extra and outside the Word of God. To get back to the simplicity in Christ, where the yoke is easy and the burden is light, you must start shedding those things that have to do with the codes, rules, and regulations of the natural man:1 Corinthians 2:14, "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."
It's like rat poison; it's 99% good food, but it's that 1% of poison that kills the rat. We know what the rats like, Caesar knows what the people like. Everything Caesar does, he has an ingredients list on it, and people just look at the good but they don't look for the bad. This has to do with separating the bone from the marrow and the wheat from the chaff. If we're not able to do that then we'll fall into those things, and that's why we continually have to be diligent on these things, and the diligence has to do with separating the lie from the truth, and to not let the two mix. No matter how hard you try, you can't do anything against the truth (2 Corinthians 13:8). You can try to mix the lie with it, but the truth still stays pure. And that's where we have to remain, in the truth at all times, and eliminate the lies and untruths that have been taught to us since we came out of the womb.Ecclesiasticus 13:8-14, "Beware that thou be not deceived, and brought down in thy jollity. If thou be invited of a mighty man [*sheriff, policeman, agent, etc.], withdraw thyself [*avoid], and so much the more will he invite thee. Press thou not upon him, lest thou be put back; stand not far off, lest thou be forgotten. Affect not to be made equal unto him in talk, and believe not his many words: for with much communication will he tempt thee, and smiling upon thee will get out thy secrets: But cruelly will he lay up thy words, and will not spare to do thee hurt, and to put thee in prison. Observe, and take good heed, for thou walkest in peril of thy overthrowing: when thou hearest these things, awake in thy sleep. Love the Lord all thy life, and call upon Him for salvation."
